Goat on a Boat's Birthday Bash Puppet Festival!
Goat on a Boat is celebrating its 25th Birthday!

The Goat Puppet Festival is a one-day event for children (8 years and under) and their caregivers. In the event of rain, we will celebrate on Sunday, June 28th.
Celebrate all Saturdays in June (6th, 13th & 20th) at 11am: bubbles, music, and FREE puppet shows!
What to Expect at the Birthday Bash Festival:
5 female puppeteers, each having their own puppet company will present 5 different shows throughout the day, using hand puppets, rod puppets, paper pop-up puppets and more. Each performance is 30-45 minutes in length. Minkie the Monkey will be on hand to celebrate.
There will be ongoing puppet making workshops throughout the day. Using a variety of materials, caregivers and children will have the opportunity to make puppets. Small stages will be set up where children can activate their puppets to life during the festival. One of the workshops will involve a large puppet that people at the festival can all contribute to making. It will be used during our parade at the end of the event.
The festival day will end day with cake for all!
Goat on a Boat's Puppet Truck will be the main stage. Around the area, there will be tables set up for the various puppet making workshops. We will have mats for people to sit on and we will encourage families to bring picnics and their own mats.
